Kyara signed two weeks later, on Friday, April 5th. She played at Penn State DuBois as an Outside Hitter/Libero. KK and her Nittany Lions teammates captured third place in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association’s (USCAA) 2021 Division II Women’s National Volleyball Championship Tournament.

She then coached a while, but decided to join Aryana at PSUGA.

Coach Finocchi had this to say about KK and Aryana, “I could not be more excited to add Aryana and Kyara to PSUGA for 2024! We can’t wait to see what they accomplish together on and off the court. Both girls are extremely talented and competitive with leadership attributes that we can’t wait to watch continue their volleyball and academic journeys together.”

“PSUGA was able to play against both girls at different schools over the course of the years and to be able to add them to our team is beyond exciting. Both Aryana and Kyara, although small in stature, will be huge additions to our program!”

One of their new teammates, Gianna Tour, had her excitement in the Girvan sisters signing, “They both have great attitudes, their work ethic is insane, and I think their addition to the team is exactly what we need to take the next step.”

(Congratulations to Aryana, KK and their family, Coach Finocchi and PSUGA!!!!)
