Central Clarion Girls Soccer Team Falls To Redbank Valley

The visiting Central Clarion Wildcats fell to the Redbank Bulldogs 10-1 on Tuesday (August 28th).

Emma Zacherl scored the Wildcats goal with 33:00 in the first half. Elena Sheftic got the assist after receiving a direct kick in front of the net from Olivia Hannold.

The halftime score was Redbank Valley 7 – Central Clarion 1.

The Wildcat Coaches gave special mention of two players, saying, “Ashlyn Clark played an aggressive game performing excellently in a variety of positions throughout the game. Playing across the field as midfield, defense, and wing. 

“Emma Zacherl played a persistent defense within the midfield. Taking possession and supporting her teammates relentlessly.”
