Kameron Kerle Medalist In Leading Clarion To Win In KSAC Boys Golf Mega Match #3

Kameron Kerle fired a 33 to earn Medalist honors, to lead the Clarion Bobcats to their third straight win in the Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference Boys Golf Mega Match #3 at Foxburg Country Club, on Wednesday (August 21st).

The Bobcats shot a 199 for the win. Others contributing to the team score were: Lucas Mitrosky, who finished third with a 37; James Keenen who tied Keystone’s Braden Baylor for eighth place, with each carding a 41; and Parker Miller and Gabe Anderson who finished in a tie for fifteenth at 44. Wyatt Watterson shot a 48, which wasn’t included in the team score.

The Team Standings: 1) Clarion (199); 2) Cranberry (216); 3) A-C Valley/Union (217); 4) Keystone (221); 5) Moniteau (233); 6) Forest Area (245); 7) Clarion-Limestone (271); 8) Karns City (280). North Clarion finished with a 200 but didn’t have enough golfers to be included in the team score.

The Individual Top 10: 1)Kameron Kerle – Clarion (33); 2) Joe Rapp – A-C Valley/Union (36); 3) Lucas Mitrosky – Clarion (37); 4) Dalton Wenner – Cranberry (39); 5) (three-way tie at (40): Connor Zerbe – Cranberry, Joey O’Donnell – Karns City and Sean Karg – Keystone; 8) (two-way tie at 41): James Keenen – Clarion and Braden Baylor – Keystone; 10) (two-way tie at 41): Taylon Wilson – North Clarion and Hudson Bliss – A-C Valley/Union.

The next KSAC Boys Mega Match will be on Monday (August 26th) at Slippery Rock Country Club.
