Four Bobcats Named To 2024 PVCA Volleyball Coaches Association D9 Single A All-Stars; A Number Of Other Local Players Also Named

The Pennsylvania Volleyball Coaches Association (PVCA) announced their 2024 District Nine Single A All-Stars on Thursday, November 7th.

Among those named were four members of the District 1A Champion, Clarion Area Bobcats.

Named to the First Team were Outside Hitters, Marley Kline and Hadlee Campbell, and Libero, Natalie Durish.

Setter, Addiwyn Campbell was named to the Second Team.

Six other local players also made the team.

District Nine 1A Second Place Team, Clarion-Limestone also had four players selected. Outside Hitter Outside Hitter, Jenna Dunn and Middle Hitter, Maddie Greeley were named to the First Team. Setter, Kaylee Smith and Outside Hitter, Hannah Beggs were selected to the Second Team For the Lions.

The Keystone Panthers had two Third Team selections, Outside Hitter, Isabella Brandon and Libero, Gwyn Manno.

Isabella Brandon, Keystone – Outside Hitter; Gwyn Manno, Keystone High School – Libero; Emma Elensky, DuBois Central Catholic – Middle Hitter; Ashlynn Schutz, Elk County Catholic – Middle Hitter; Mattie Gritzer, DuBois Central Catholic – Libero; Marina Hanes, DuBois Central Catholic – Setter; Makenna Manning, Oswayo Valley – Middle Hitter.
