Wildcats PIAA State Championship Game Football Pep Rally And Broadcast Information (This Information Is Up-To-Date Through Posting On Wednesday, December 4th)
The Central Clarion Wildcats will be having a big Pep Rally, prior to heading out to the PIAA State Class-AA Football Championship Game against Troy, this evening (Wednesday, December 4th) at the Gazebo in Clarion County Veterans Memorial Park, at the corner of 6th Avenue and Main Street (across from the Courthouse) in Clarion.
The game will be played this Friday (December 6th) at Cumberland Valley High School in Mechanicsburg.
Everyone is invited to the festivities, which are scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM.
The Wildcat Band and Cheerleaders will be on hand. The speakers will include Wildcats Head Coach, Dave Eggleton, the Wildcat Team Captains and Coach Jess Quinn.
There will be hot cocoa and cookies for everyone to enjoy.
The event will conclude with a sendoff prayer.
“Let’s gather as a community to cheer on our Wildcats before their State Championship Game.”
The Wildcats will then have a Fire and Police Escort sending them on their way.
Clarion Area will be doing building walkthroughs and a pep rally on Wednesday afternoon.

North Clarion students riding the fan bus will need to arrive at Clarion High School before 8:15 AM to ride the bus. Clarion-Limestone students will be picked up at Clarion-Limestone High School shortly after 8:15 AM. Each student should sign up at their own school and will need to purchase their own ticket online.
Both the YDL Sports Network and EYT Explore Clarion will do audio broadcasts of the game. Chris Rossetti and Coach Larry Wiser will be calling the action for YDL, while “The Governor” Bob Dunkle, “The Dean” Dave Katis, and Mike Kalinowski will be calling the action for Explore Clarion. Pregame is 12:30 PM with Opening Kickoff set for 1:00 PM.
As always, Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN) will doing the live video broadcast of the game. And if you don’t have them on cable they are streaming it on PCN Select (the fee is 14.99 per month and 34.99 per year (includes many other PCN programs as well). Make sure to set your recorders before heading to the game.
Tickets must be purchased on line at the PIAA website. No ticket sales at the gate.
