Bobcats Down Falcons In Five Sets, In KSAC Volleyball Action

The Clarion Area Bobcats Volleyball Team downed the homestanding A-C Valley Falcons 5-4 (25-27, 25-20, 25-20, 22-25, 15-10) in a Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference clash on Thursday (September 25th).

Lacey Lauer led the Bobcat scoring with 11 points (4 aces), while also recording 15 kills and eleven digs. Addiwyn Campbell followed with 10 points (2 aces), 33 assists, 10 digs and a pair of aces.

MiKayla Dolby registered 8 points, 15 digs and three kills. Emily O’Toole scored 6 points and had 2 kills and two digs. Alivia Diehl had 6 points, 10 kills and fifteen digs. Anna O’Toole contributed 6 points, 17 digs and an assist.

Maddy Schill had ten kills. Bella Atkins scored a point and Elizabeth Estadt delivered two kills.

The Bobcat Junior Varsity won in straight sets (23-18, 25-15).

The Bobcats will host the Forest Area Fires next Tuesday (September 30th).
