Girls Basketball: Lady Cats Down Clarion-Limestone (12/24/15)

The Clarion Area Girls Basketball Team traveled to Strattanville, on Tuesday (December 22nd) and came away with a 54-40 victory over the Lady Lions of Clarion-Limestone.

Anna Reed led the Lady Cats with twenty points. She also had six steals. Alexis Contstantino had twelve points. Kelly Beveridge also scored in double figures, with ten. She had seven steals. Gloria Kroh had 5 points, 5 steals and eleven rebounds.

Maya Thornton had 3 points, while Wendy Beveridge and Jenna Beichner each had two.

The Cats led 12-8 after one, 22-15 at the half and 37 26 after three quarters.

Jenna Stitt had ten points for the Lions. Paige Aaron and Karleigh Aaron each had nine.

The Lady Cats will participate in the Kane Tournament next Tuesday and Wednesday (December 29th and 30th).
