Boys Basketball: Bobcat Boys Drop Two Road Games (02/08/15)

The Bobcat Boys Varsity Basketball Team fell at Venango Catholic, 74-49, on Friday (February 6th) and at North Clarion, 59-41, on Saturday (February 7th). Here are summaries of the games.

VENANGO CATHOLIC GAME

The Vikings led 20-12 after one, 33-20 at the half and 57-33 after three.

Taylor Smith had 16 points and Ceventh Lynch-Skunda had 11, including 2 three-pointers, for the Bobcats. Ryan Anthony had 6 points, Cam Craig scored 5, with Christian Smith, Derek Lauer and Thomas Plummer each scoring two. Reed Anthony scored one.

The Vikings Scott Toy scored 19 points, passing the 1000 point plateau for his career. Jacob Hargenrader had  16 and Devin Zager  had fourteen.

NORTH CLARION GAME

The Wolves led 17-11, after one and 32-20, at the half. They moved their lead to 45-29, after three.

Ceventh Lynch-Skunda led the Cats with 15 points, followed by Taylor Smith with eleven. Cam Craig had 7 points, Thomas Plummer 4 and Derek Lauer and Christian Smith each chipped in with two.

Christian Cyphert had 23 and Dylan Nick had 20 to lead the Wolves.
