DuBois WPAL Still Looking For Entrants, Sponsors For Wicked Warrior Mud/Obstacle Run (06/26/19)

We would like to invite you to Treasure Lake on Saturday, July 27th for some muddy fun. The Western Pennsylvania Police Athletic League, Inc, is thrilled to announce, for the first time ever, the Wicked Warrior Mud/Obstacle Run will take place. All races will share a 340 x 40 Foot Slip and Slide down the Treasure Lake Sledding Hill.  

Treasure Lake, located in DuBois, PA 15801, will be hosting this year’s event. Registration will open at 8:00am. Kid’s Race will start at 9:00 a.m. First Phase will release at 10:00 am. There will be a Main Course, spanning just over 5.5 miles, an Intermediate Course, covering 2 Miles, and a FREE Kid’s Obstacle Course.

We are very excited to be approaching our four(4) year anniversary at the WPAL Fitness Center! This gym offers 100% free memberships to anyone between the ages of six and eighteen. The WPAL also encourages ALL First Responders to work out in our gyms FREE of charge.

WPAL is a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization devoted to the youth by encouraging them to “believe in themselves” while emphasizing the importance of self-esteem, confidence, self-control and self-respect.
