Bobcat Junior High Grapplers Down Berries

The Clarion Area Clarion Area Bobcat Junior High Wrestlers downed the homestanding Cranberry Berries 42-35, on Friday (January 22nd).

The Bobcats registered three victories by fall. Hayden Weber (101) won his match in 1:10, Mason Gourley (122) downed his opponent in 2:16 and Jacob Henry (130) was victorious in thirty-two seconds.

Registering forfeit wins for Clarion were Zane Van Tassel (115), Braylon Beckwith (138), Hayden Hindman (155) and Jacob Naser (190).

The Berries had three wins by fall at 94, 145 and 250, a win by technical fall at 108 and forfeit wins at 87 and 190.

The Bobcats are scheduled to travel to Curwensville next Thursday (January 28th) and then participate in a Tri-Meet at Franklin, with the Franklin and Greenville, next Saturday (January 30th).
