Baseball: Bobcats Down Warriors

The Clarion Area Bobcats downed the Moniteau Warriors 5-4, in KSAC baseball action at Pullman Park, in Butler on Thursday (April 22nd).

Dawson Smail and Devon Lauer each had a pair of singles, 2 RBIs and two runs scored for the Bobcats. Cameron Lapinto had 2 hits and two RBIs. Cole Slaugenhooupt had two hits and drove in a pair of runs.

Dauntae Girvan had a single. Hunter Craddock and Gary Matus each scored a run.

Lauer was the winning pitcher, with Girvan picking up the save, with each registering three strikeouts.

The Cats will travel to Redbank Valley today (Friday, April 23rd).
