Bobcats Cal German, Beau Verdill, Hunter Craddock And Christian Simko Named To TCW/CE Boys All-Stars

The Tri-County Weekend and Courier Express newspapers from DuBois, announced this year’s TCW/CE Boys Basketball Team, in the Saturday, April 17th edition of the Tri-County Weekend, with four members of the District Nine Class-A Champion Clarion Area Bobcats being selected.

Seniors Cal German and Beau Verdill were selected to the First Team, while senior Hunter Craddock and junior Christian Simko were named Honorable Mention.

Cal scored 521 points (20 points per game) this past season, while shooting fifty-one percent from the field. he finished his career with 1661 points, second All-Time at Clarion Area. He also had 101 assists and 72 steals this season.

Beau had 391 points (15 (points per game), with 205 rebounds, a whopping 39 blocked shots and 55 assists.

Hunter scored 310 points (11.9 points per game), this year, while pulling down 210 rebounds, with 14 blocks, 54 steals and 21 assists.

Christian scored 278 points (10.7 points per game), pulled down 128 rebounds, with 12 blocks and 48 assists this season.

Brookville’s Jace Miner was named Player of the Year and Raiders’ Coach Dalton Park was named Coach of the Year.

Clarion-Limestone’s Hayden Callen also made the First Team and Redbank Valley’s Bryson Bain was named to the Second Team. Clarion-Limestone’s Jordan Hesdon and Redbank Valley’s Marquese Gardlock were named Honorable Mention.
