Bobcats Win Fifth KSAC Boys Golf Mega Match

Using a balanced attack, Clarion Area Bobcats moved to 5-0, winning the Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference Mega Match, at Hunter Station Golf Course, on Thursday (September 9th).

The Bobcats were led by Devon Lauer, who shot a 40, for second place, one stroke of the pace of medalist Jacob Felsing of Moniteau and Owen Kriebel, who carded a 42 to finish in third.

Kameron Kerle

Kameron Kerle finished fourth, with a 46, while McKayla Kerle and Lucas Mitrosky shot 47s, to finish in a three-way tie for fifth with Clarion-Limestone’s Jordan Hesdon.

Avery Kline finished twelfth, with a 50.

The Bobcats had a team total of 222, to finish thirty-two points ahead of second place Cranberry, who registered a 254. The rest of the Top Five teams included, third place Moniteau (261), fourth place Clarion-Limestone (278) and fifth place Forest Area (292).
