Pregame Tribute For Coach Arth Scheduled For Tonight’s (Friday, October 1st), Wildcats (Clarion Area) Homecoming Game

In addition, to being the Clarion Area Homecoming, tonight’s Central Clarion Wildcats – Kane Wolves game at Memorial Stadium, will also have a special pregame Tribute to longtime Bobcat Line Coach Alex Arth, who passed away earlier this year.

The Tribute is scheduled for 6:55PM, just prior to the National Anthem (but be early).

Coach Arth, who dedicated his life to his students and football players, especially his “HOGS” was loved and is missed by all. He was an assistant under five head coaches, Norm Zwald, David “Red” Bevevino, John Reish, Ray Austin and Larry Wiser, in a career that spanned 35 years. He taught at Clarion Area for around 37 years.

If you are a one of Coach Arth’s former students, football players, especially one of his beloved ” HOGS” or his beloved stat girls, please make a point to attend for this Tribute for this Fine Man! And plan on sticking around for the game and Homecoming Festivities.
