Clarion-Limestone Lions Boys Soccer Team Finishes Season with a Hard Fought Playoff Loss Against Elk County Catholic

The Clarion-Limestone Lions Boys Soccer team finished their season with a hard fought, 4-2 District Nine Class-A Playoff loss to Elk County Catholic, at home on Tuesday, October 26th.
Elk County scored early from a free kick and an awkward shot, minutes later, for an early lead.
Nate Megnin scored from a Bailee Verdill corner kick.

ECC scored again heading into halftime.
Bailee Verdill had a beautiful goal that was called off for an apparent off sides violation.
ECC scored their final goal of the game.
Senior Brock Smith had C-L’s next and final goal of the game.
The final score was Elk County Catholic 4 – Clarion-Limestone 2.
Congratulations boys on an amazing season! The Lions ended their regular season with a 8 and 3 record.
