Clarion County Commissioners Issue Proclamation Honoring The PIAA State Class-1A Volleyball Champion Clarion Area Bobcats

During their Business Meeting on Tuesday, December 14th, Clarion County Commissioners Ted Tharan, Wayne Brosious and Ed Heasley issued two very special proclamations recognizing two successful area high school sports teams, the Redbank Valley Bulldogs PIAA State Football Class-1A second place team and our own Clarion Area Bobcats PIAA Class-1A Girls Volleyball State Champions.

This is the second year that the Bobcats won the State Title.
