Bobcat Golfers Remain Undefeated With KSAC Mega Match Win At Hunter Station

The Clarion Area Bobcat Golfers continued their winning ways, with a Keystone Shortway Athletic Conferece Boys Mega Match at Hunter’s Station on Thursday (September 1st).

The Cats were led by medalist Kameron Kerle, who carded a 35 and his sister McKayla who finished one stroke off the pace, at 36, to tie Moniteau,s Jacob Felsing for second.

North Clarion’s Ethan Carll was fourth with a 38.

Clarion’s Devon Lauer shot a 38, to finish in a three-way tie for fifth, with North Clarion’s Zeelan Hargenrader and Moniteau’s Dawson Wallace.

Kameron

Karns City’s Chloe Fitch carded a 39, for eighth place, while the Bobcats’ Tanner Miller was ninth, with a 40.

Rounding out the Top Ten were Clarion’s Lucas Mitrosky, and Clarion-Limestone’s Jordan Hedson and Jack Craig, each shooting a 42.

Also competing for Clarion was James Keenan, who recorded a 48.

Following the Bobcats in the Team Standings were: 2. Moniteau (214), 3. Clarion-Limestone (219), 4. North Clarion (224), 5. Cranberry (239), 6. A-C Valley, 7. Keystone (271), 8. Forest Area (272). Karns City didn’t have enough golfers to qualify for the team standings.

The next KSAC Boys Mega Match will be this coming Tuesday (September 6th) at Aubrey’s Dubbs Dred Golf Course, at Butler.
