The Clarion Central Wildcats Varsity Football games hosted by Clarion Area will be returning to the newly renovated Clarion Area High School Football Field located behind the High School. This Friday, September 1st, the Clarion Central Wildcat game is being hosted by Clarion Area.

In honor of the football games returning back to the school, former Football Coach Larry Wiser will be recognized with a Field Dedication Ceremony starting at 6:40 pm.

Please come join us tomorrow evening (Friday, September 1st) for a great night of “Recognition! Re opening! and Reunion!” at the Clarion Area High School Field. We are expecting a great game and good memories being shared!

We are encouraging folks to get here early for parking, as it is first come first served. It is suggest that folks try to be here by 6:00 p.m. Please reference the map for locations. Parking can be accessed from Liberty Street, North 3rd Avenue or North 2nd Avenue.

Game Information:

Parking: Please refer to the map for available parking and directions to the field. All parking will be first come, first serve. Carpooling and walking if you live close to the school is encouraged. For additional information about handicapped parking please contact the school between 8 am -3 pm.

Tickets: The ticket gates open at 5:40 pm. Adult tickets are $5.00 and student tickets are $3.00 each. We suggest you arrive around 6:00-6:15 pm for the event.

Concession Stand: The Clarion Area Music Boosters will again be providing food for sale during the game. The Clarion Area Music Boosters Association supports the concert band, choral, and general music programs. Funding through this organization helps provide for new instruments, instrument repair, music purchases, materials for general music, and other equipment necessary for these programs at Clarion Area. The concession stand operates to raise money for this purpose.

Please come join us for another exciting night of football for our Clarion Central Wildcats Varsity Football team with the Clarion Central Wildcats Marching Band playing at half-time.
