Registration Now Open for the 2nd Annual “Kick The Stigma” Wellness Festival’s Kickball Tournament

DuBois, PA (May 21st, 2024) – Local providers and businesses are delighted to announce the launch of registration for the highly anticipated 2nd Annual Day of Wellness this summer! Set against the picturesque backdrop of DuBois City Park, this year’s festivities will unfold on Saturday, July 27th, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the “Kick The Stigma” Day of Wellness Festival.

The focal point of the day’s activities is the spirited “Kick The Stigma” Kickball Tournament. Offering three distinct divisions—Elementary School, Middle School, and an inclusive Open Division welcoming High School participants—everyone is certain to discover a suitable group to join alongside their friends.

 Attendees can also look forward to a vibrant array of other engaging activities, including food trucks, live musicians, vendor stalls, inspiring speakers, an exotic animal stage show, an art contest, a rock wall, petting zoo, and much more.

Aaron Beatty, the event organizer, expressed, “Kick The Stigma isn’t just about a kickball tournament, it’s a platform to empower youth by breaking down barriers surrounding mental health. Our goal is to foster an environment of understanding and support, where conversations about mental well-being are as natural as kicking a ball. Let’s tackle stigma together, one kick at a time, while enjoying the journey along the way.”
