Bobcats Down Warriors 3-0, In KSAC Volleyball Action

The Clarion Area Bobcats downed the visiting Moniteau Warriors in straight sets (25-21, 25-10, 25-13), in Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference volleyball action, on Thursday (September 13th).

Anna O’Toole led the Bobcats’ scoring with 12 points (3 aces), while also collecting four digs.

Natalie Durish had 9 points (4 aces) 7 digs and a pair of assists. Addiwyn Campbell dished out 27 assists, to go along with 8 points (1 ace), a kill and two digs. Sophie Babington contributed 8 points (1 ace), 2 kills and a pair of digs. Aubrey Leonard had 7 points (3 aces) and a dig.

Marley Kline had 13 kills and five digs. Hadlee Campbell registered 5 kills and seven digs. Kelsey Best scored three points. Ali Burford amassed 5 kills and a dig, and Alivia Diehl also had five kills.

Clarion won the Junior Varsity contest 2-0 (25-20, 25-21). Lacey Lauer had 8 points and Leonard had five.

The Bobcats are set to host Warren on Monday (September 16th) and Union on Tuesday (September 17th).
