Central Clarion Wildcats Track And Field Honors Seniors And Parents On 2026 Senior Night

The Central Clarion Wildcat Track and Field team held their 2026 Senior Night festivities honoring the Seniors and their Parents, prior to the meet with Union/A-C Valley and Keystone at the Clarion-Limestone Sports Complex, on Wednesday, April 15th.

There are fourteen seniors on this year’s team,

From the Wildcat Girls Team Marley Kline, Lilly Shirey, Adisen Jackson and Anna O’Toole were honored.

From the Boys Team, Brady Guth, Caleb Hunter, Brendan Bettwy, Josh Turner, Charlie Hepfl, Jonas Wilshire, Mason Burford, Nathan Frederick, Daniel Schweitzer and Camden Coleman were honored. Camden was unable to attend.

Tiffany Jackson organized this Special Event.

Molly Kirby served as emcee for the Festivities.

Adding to the great time, food and drinks for all runners and teams were graciously provided by Christie Datko, Jessica Schwabenbauer, Liz McGinley, Melissa Schill, Missy Beggs, Melissa Edmonds, and Coach Chandra Scheftic.

Marley with her parents, Aaron and Deeanne Kline


Clarion Senior Marley Kline.

Daughter of Deeanne and Aaron Kline.

Marley’s events include the long jump, high jump, and the 4X100 relay.

She also participates in volleyball and unified bocce ball, and is a member of NHS, student council, and art history club.

Marley would like to thank her coaches, her parents, and all her friends for always supporting her.

She will be attending Bloomsburg University to major in political science with a focus on international affairs, while playing volleyball at a collegiate level.

Brady with his parents, Allen and Karen Guth

Clarion Senior Brady Guth.

Son of Karen and Allen Guth.

His events include the 800, 4X800, and 4X400 relay.

Brady also participates in football and is a member of the NHS.

He enjoys riding dirt bikes over the summer.

Brady would like to thank his parents for always supporting him through high school with his academics and sports.

He plans to attend Penn State Behrend to major in engineering.

Caleb with his parents, Jason and Shelley Hunter

Clarion-Limestone Senior Caleb Hunter.

Son of Shelley and Jason Hunter.

Caleb’s events include the 100 and 200 meter dash, and 4X100 relay.

People may be surprised to know that he enjoys salt-water fishing.

Caleb would like to thank his parents for always supporting him with everything.

He plans to enter the work force upon graduation.

Brendan with his parents, Mark and Mary Jo Bettwy

Clarion Senior Brendan Bettwy.

Son of Mary Jo and Mark Bettwy.

His events include the 800, 1600, 3200, and 4×800 relay.

Brendan is also the captain of the soccer team, on the Brookville swim team, and is the president of the NHS, and treasurer of Student Council.

Something people might not know about him is that he was hit by a bike in 4th grade.

Brendan would like to thank Coach Scheftic and his parents for always being there for him.

He plans on attending the Coast Guard Academy, majoring in Marine and Environmental Science and play soccer.

Clarion Senior Lilly Shirey.

Daughter of Tricia and John Shirey.

Her events include the long jump, triple jump, and 100 meter dash.

Lilly also participates in cheer, NHS, youth council, and art history club.

Something people would be surprised to know about her, is that she enjoys crocheting in her free time.

Lilly would like to thank her parents, siblings, and friends for always supporting her.

She plans on attending Kent State University and majoring in nursing.

Josh with parents, Andy Turner and Sharon Montgomery

Clarion Senior Josh Turner.

Son of Sharon Montgomery and Andy Turner.

His events include the 1600 and 3200.

Josh also runs cross-country and is a member of NHS.

He enjoys flying airplanes and recently received my private pilots license.

Josh would like to thank his parents for supporting him and always reminding him that he should go for a run!

He plans on attending Suny Brockport in Alaska for fisheries and wildlife Biology.

Charlie with his mother, Erin Hepfl

Clarion-Limestone Senior Charlie Hepfl.

Son of Erin and Adam Hepfl.

His events include shotput, discus, and javelin.

Charlie also plays football and is a member of student-run Manufacturing.

He would like to thank his parents for always pushing him to be his best!

He plans on attending Penn State main, majoring in mechanical engineering.

Jonas with his parents, Mel and Bud Wilshire

Jonas Wilshire.

Son of Mel and Bud Wilshire.

His events include the 800, 1600, 4×800, and 4×400 relays.

Jonas also runs cross country, plays basketball, and participates in the school plays and musicals singing and playing the guitar.

Many may be surprised to know that he is an avid ping pong player.

Jonas would like to thank his parents for supporting him and putting so much effort into helping him achieve his goals.

He plans on attending Penn State main to major in engineering.

Adi with her parents, Tiffany and David Jackson

Clarion-Limestone Senior Adisen Jackson.

Daughter of Tiffany and David Jackson.

Her events include the 400, 800, 4×800 and 4×400 relay.

Adi also runs cross country and is the assistant manager of Lion Manufacturing.

In her free time she enjoys painting and reading.

Adisen would like to thank her parents for always supporting her, and God for the opportunities. And also her xc and track coaches over the years who have continued to encourage and believe in her.

She will be attending Slippery Rock University, majoring in exercise science with a minor in business, while running cross-country and track at a collegiate level.

Clarion Senior Mason Burford.

Mason with his parents, Laura and Brian Burford

Son of Laura and Brian Burford.

His events include the 110meter hurdles, 300 meter hurdles, 4×100 and 4×400 relays.

Mason also plays football and basketball and is a member of the NHS and Art History Club.

Many may be surprised to know that he plays the banjo.

Mason would like to thank Coach Quinn for always believing in him from junior high to his senior year.

He will be attending St. Bonaventure to major in Marketing and run track and field at a collegiate level.

Nathan with his parents, Teresa and Darren Frederick

Clarion Senior Nathan Frederick.

Son of Teresa and Darren Frederick.

His events include long jump, 400, and 4×400 relay.

Nathan also plays basketball and soccer, and is a member of the NHS, student council, and Art History Club.

He enjoys fishing, hiking, and hanging out with his friends.

People may not know that he can’t hear out of his left ear.

Nathan would like to thank Coach Quinn for always having confidence in him and pushing him to be better every day. He would also like to thank all his friends for convincing him to do track.

He plans on attending either Penn State or Lehigh to major in chemical engineering.

Clarion Senior Daniel Schweitzer.

Son of Paula and Christian Schweitzer.

His events include the triple jump, long jump, 400 m dash and 4×400 relay.

Daniel also plays soccer and football and is a member of the art history club and NHS.

Something that many people don’t know about him is that he is the only person in an amazing Chilean family that was born here in America.

Daniel would like to thank his parents for always encouraging him and caring for him in every aspect of his life.

He plans on attending Westminister College for pre-dental Biology in hopes to eventually become a dentist.

Anna with her parents, Casey and Bethany O’Toole

Clarion Senior Anna O’Toole.

Daughter of Bethany and Casey O’Toole.

Her events include long jump, triple jump, and 300 meter hurdles.

Anna is also the captain of the volleyball team, president of student council, and a member of NHS and Art History Club.

People may not know that Anna used to be a long distance runner before switching to jumping. She loves spending time outdoors kayaking and camping.

Anna would like to thank her sister Emily and her parents for always supporting her and pushing her to do her best. And her coaches for believing in her and helping her grow as an athlete.

She plans on attending Gannon University , majoring in the accelerated 5 year physician assistant program.

Clarion-Limestone Senior Camden Coleman.

Son of Martina and Rob Coleman.

Cam’s events include the 1600 and 3200.

He also runs cross country, Marching Band, and Concert Band, and is a member of the Art Club and Tri-M.

He would like to thank his coaches for always getting him through the season even when it is difficult.

Camden has joined the U.S. Air Force, and will be heading off for boot camp this summer.
