Eain, always looking for ways to help others, decided to branch out and found the perfect opportunity, with Kronospan, just several hundred feet down the hill, catty-cornered to Forell’s, along Route 322.

Eain said, “I was looking to expand beyond just my personal training business…..and find a position locally where I could use my skill set to reach beyond personal training. Luckily, for me, the Recruiter position at Kronospan opened up and they made it a fulltime position.

“Opportunity, timing, and networking came together for me in this circumstance. I wanted to work for a company I respected and a company that does a lot for the local community… and I wanted to be an asset to that company. Kronospan was the perfect fit.”

The list of ways Kronospan gives to the community is very impressive. They sponsor and donate to a number of charities and organizations. Kronospan supports the STRIKERS soccer program, the Autum Leaf Festival Farmers and Crafters Day, the Alzheimers Awareness Walk that was held in September. They donated flooring for the Butler Memorial Health System – Clarion Hospital’s Cancer Center – Patient Care Fund.

Kronospan has been involved in the Clarion County Park Planting of the Trees. Provided for the Clarion County Career Center’s house that students built. They provided Clarion-Limestone High School’s scoreboard in the gymnasium, help out local fire departments, animal rescues and have hosted what will be an annual Golf Outing fundraiser for UPMC’s Children’s Hospital.

Eain added, “On a national level, we have a facility here in Clarion, one in Alabama, and one in Louisiana. So, as far as being a huge employer in Clarion and the country, Kronospan invests heavily in the U.S. The trickle down effect that this plant has in Clarion is HUGE.

“The trickle down effect that this plant has in Clarion is HUGE. We are capable of employing around 250 people in our plant…. but the impact we have on other businesses and the economy in tremendous. So this was a no brainer for me.

“I can help find employment for people in Clarion, I can help people move to Clarion to work, I can help Kronospan, who helps this community so much, and I can continue to run my training business and help our student athletes bring home championships.

“It feels absolutely amazing to be able to impact peoples lives… from finding them a career… and guiding them… to training the sports teams and seeing them grow and succeed. “I’ve always told people, ‘A goal without a plan is just a dream.’ And I mean that. When it comes to exercise or success in sports…. or your career and finance, you must have a plan for success.

“I am blessed to be in a position where I can help people manifest their intentions and guide them toward their dream.”

I’m recruiting, interviewing, and I will guide new employees through a seamless hiring process, on-boarding, and I will continue working with them daily throughout their career here at Kronospan.
